Physician (MD/DO) | Post-Acute Care | Aiken, SC

Job Description

Join a growing Post-Acute Care team in Aiken, SC as a full-time Physician (MD or DO). Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no weekends, low patient volume, and 6-8 hour shifts in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting.

• Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits
• Manage treatment plans for a stable post-acute population
• Supervise on-site Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and document visits accurately
• Collaborate with facility teams to coordinate holistic care

Qualifications include active South Carolina medical license, Board Certification or eligibility, and experience in post-acute care. Leadership skills and autonomous work ability are preferred.
