We are seeking a licensed Psychiatrist MD/DO for a part-time, contract role as a VA Disability Examiner.
Provide non-treatment compensation and pension exams for Veterans’ disability claims in a relaxed, customer-focused environment.
Receive exclusive on-the-job training to efficiently complete DBQ charting, with appointments scheduled in advance and flexibility to fit your schedule.
Conduct in-person assessments at designated or approved locations without ongoing care or prescribing responsibilities.
Complete web-based documentation to assess Veterans’ diagnoses/disabilities, typically taking 30 minutes to an hour per appointment.
Required qualifications include a current medical license and ability to attend paid training in Oceanside, CA (December 7–12, 2025).
Benefits include flexible scheduling and competitive pay ($200–$400/hour).
Applicants should be within 50-100 miles of Charleston, WV, and able to attend training if selected.
