Clinical Manager (RN) Inpatient Rehab Unit / Full-Time

Job Description

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, collaborating with leadership to develop programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.

Requirements include a graduate degree in nursing (BSN preferred), active RN license in New Mexico, BLS certification, and clinical expertise. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and team collaboration skills are essential.

Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in medical/surgical services and 2 years of management experience are required.

The role involves supervising staff, working with medical staff, and managing schedules in a clean, safe environment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, effective communication, and adaptability to schedule changes and emergencies.
