Seeking a full-time Licensed Master’s Level Therapist or Clinical Licensed Social Worker in Kansas City, MO. The role requires a current clinical license in Missouri, with the ability to bill managed care when applicable.

Responsible for providing individual, family, group, and co-parenting therapy to children, youth, and families within a trauma-informed care framework, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include at least 5 years of clinical counseling experience, Missouri LCSW license, and proficiency in English. Must be able to commute or relocate to Kansas City before starting.

Offers a salary of $55,315-$60,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and professional development support. The position involves an 8-hour weekday schedule, in person.
