Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist in Mankato, MN to join our behavioral health team.

You will focus on providing mental health treatment using evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records in compliance with regulations.

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • Active, unrestricted license (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) in MN
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families
  • Experience with clinical documentation and EHR systems

    This is a full-time role with a pay range of $64,000 – $95,000 annually.
