Seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting.
Responsibilities include offering counseling, screening, assessment, treatment, consultation, and education to patients, working closely with primary care providers to enhance behavioral health integration.
Qualifications: Indiana LCSW licensure, at least 2 years of outpatient experience with behavioral disorders or substance use, strong clinical skills, knowledge of DSM-5, and excellent communication. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
