The role involves overseeing nursing staff, managing resident care plans, conducting audits, and ensuring quality standards. Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, resident assessments, handling complaints, and collaborating with medical teams. Candidates must have RN licensure, ACLS certification, strong communication skills, and be a team player. 1-3 years LTC experience is preferred but training is available.
