Seeking a full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) for onsite work in Alexandria, IN.

  • Provide psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention to underserved patients and families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure integrated, continuous care.
  • Develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and coordinate services for smooth care transitions.
  • Utilize crisis intervention techniques and build community resource partnerships.

    • Qualifications: Master’s degree in related field, active Indiana license, relevant healthcare or mental health experience, and strong communication skills.
