Job Description

Seeking a licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient community health clinic in the southern Inland Empire.

  • Manage an average of 18 patients daily, with clinic hours Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, no weekends or on-call.
  • Responsibilities include patient examinations, diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications and therapies (with physician approval), ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and recording medical data.
  • Provide patient education, counseling, and perform procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound care.
  • Requirements include all relevant licenses, experience with electronic health records (preferably eClinicalWorks), and at least one year of clinical experience (preferred). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Work environment is in person, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
