Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide mobile wound care services in Southern Colorado, with 6-15 patient visits daily, 4-5 days weekly.
Conduct comprehensive wound assessments, perform debridement, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare facilities, families, and providers to ensure coordinated care and educate patients.
Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, current NP license, and wound care certification preferred; minimum 2 years of experience required.
Proficiency in advanced wound care, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently are essential.
