Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Walk-In Clinic, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and documenting in electronic health records. Cross-training for primary care and other duties is available.

Requirements include Illinois licensure, DEA and controlled substance licenses, BLS certification, and experience across the lifespan with strong clinical and communication skills.

We offer competitive pay ($55-$75/hr), full benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm, full-time, in person.
