Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our small, growing private practice in Boulder, Colorado.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and evaluations
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Prescribing and managing psychiatric medications
• Providing telehealth services to increase accessibility
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care
• Educating patients and families on mental health and treatments
• Maintaining accurate medical records and participating in research as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health
• Current NP license in Colorado
• Knowledge of psychopharmacology and behavioral health
• Experience with telehealth preferred
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
• Experience with children or adolescents is a plus
• Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is beneficial

Details:

• Part-time position with pay ranging from $66.36 to $81.00 per hour
