Nephrology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for patients with kidney diseases in inpatient, outpatient, and dialysis settings.

• Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate dialysis and transplant care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate effectively with the care team and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications include an active Ohio NP license, national certification, and strong critical thinking and communication skills. The role offers a full-time schedule with flexible hours, paid time off, and a salary range of $90,000-$150,000. In-person work location in Mansfield, OH preferred.
