We are seeking dedicated Palliative Nurse Practitioners to join our expanding team, providing care in long-term care facilities, ALFs, and hospitals. A passion for senior care is essential.
Position Details:
Full-time and part-time roles available
Competitive salary from $120,000 to $140,000 annually

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
Identify and address short-term and long-term geriatric care issues
Assess patient health through interviews, examinations, and medical history reviews
Document care in patient records accurately
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted NP license
