Job Description

We are offering a Part-Time Home Health Speech Language Pathologist position in the Muncie/Alexandria, Indiana area.

This role involves 1:1 patient care with flexible scheduling options, including weekend hours if desired. Mileage reimbursement is provided, and the service area includes Muncie, Alexandria, and surrounding communities.

Key responsibilities include providing skilled speech therapy according to physician plans, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and caregivers, developing and revising care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Applicants should hold a valid Indiana license, CPR certification, and have a reliable vehicle, with prior home health experience preferred but not required.
