Job Description

Join our team as a Therapist (QSAP I-Qualified Substance Abuse Professional) serving adolescents in Dallas County.

  • Provide substance abuse, co-occurring, and early intervention treatment in schools, homes, community settings, or offices.
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct diagnostic interviews, develop service plans, and perform psychosocial assessments.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and case management, maintaining compliance with billing and record standards.
  • Offer excellent training, support, and benefits including mileage reimbursement, cell stipend, and supplemental pay for certifications and licensure.


  • Requirements: Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field or equivalent coursework, practicum/internship or 6 months post-master’s experience, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.

    Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, Monday to Friday, $37,440-$40,940 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
