Therapist (QSAP 1)

Job Description

Join our team as a Therapist (QSAP I-Qualified Substance Abuse Professional) serving adolescents in Dallas County.

Provide substance abuse, co-occurring, and early intervention treatment in schools, homes, community settings, or offices.

Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, conduct diagnostic interviews, develop service plans, and perform psychosocial assessments.

Ensure accurate documentation and case management, maintaining compliance with billing and record standards.

Offer excellent training, support, and benefits including mileage reimbursement, cell stipend, and supplemental pay for certifications and licensure.

Requirements: Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field or equivalent coursework, practicum/internship or 6 months post-master’s experience, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.

Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, Monday to Friday, $37,440-$40,940 annually, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
