Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/CCS)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Supervisor to lead our substance abuse counseling department, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based addiction treatment.

Provide leadership, oversight, and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Coordinate with staff, clinicians, clients, families, and community partners.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement best practices.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and engage in professional development.

Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field; NJ CCS and LCSW licensure; 5+ years of addiction counseling experience; strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge of substance use disorders and standards.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, on call.

Compensation: $75,000–$95,000/year with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and life insurance.

This is a full-time, in-person position.
