Job Description
We are a patient-focused endocrinology clinic seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient care for patients with diabetes, thyroid, and hormone-related disorders.
Responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive assessments and diagnosing endocrine conditions
Managing treatments for diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic disorders
Educating patients on self-management, insulin therapy, and lifestyle changes
Collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure quality, patient-centered care
Documenting in EHR and participating in quality initiatives
Qualifications:
Master’s/Doctorate in Nursing, active NP license, national certification
Experience or interest in endocrinology preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
