Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs, primarily in educational settings with additional support in residential environments.
The role involves conducting assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, delivering therapy in individual and group formats, and collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals to support communication goals. The SLP will adapt approaches for clients with behavioral and mental health challenges, document progress, and provide training to staff and families.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, current state licensure, and strong assessment and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include ASHA certification and experience with AAC systems and clients with mental health needs.
Salary ranges from $75,000-$85,000 with a flexible schedule, offering benefits such as insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). A $2,500 sign-on bonus is included, paid in two installments.
