Home-Based Therapist

Job Description

Seeking a full-time, home-based therapist to provide in-home and community clinical services to children and families with diverse mental health needs.

Primary responsibilities include delivering intensive, family-centered care aimed at promoting healthy development, supporting family stability, uniting separated families, and reducing reliance on inpatient or substitute care settings.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or human services, Michigan licensure, and meeting QMHP/QIDP requirements or working under supervision. Willingness to pursue IMH endorsement is preferred.

Offers a competitive hourly rate ($29.17-$39.48), comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and remote work options.

Shift is day hours, based in Bad Axe, MI, with requirements to relocate before starting.

Candidates must be able to commute to Bad Axe and work in person.
