We are seeking a Primary Care Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding clinics across Oregon.
Provide patient-centered primary care through office visits and telehealth, focusing on root causes and personalized treatment plans. Perform assessments, interpret labs, and develop therapies including lifestyle, supplements, and medications. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
