Physician (Part time or Full Time)

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physicians to provide primary and preventive care in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and facility leadership
• Coordinate patient care with ARNPs, PAs, and nursing teams
• Attend facility meetings and complete documentation using EMR

Requirements include a current, unrestricted MD/DO license in TX and board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
