Growing psychiatric practice seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for long-term care in Illinois.

Our team offers unique access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.

We value passionate, team-oriented individuals with empathy, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, documenting via EHR, collaborating with healthcare teams, and educating patients and families.

Full-time and part-time roles available, with competitive pay ($120K-$140K), sign-on bonus, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off).

Requirements include Illinois license (or in process), Master’s degree, BCLS certification, and eligibility for prescriptive authority. PMHNP board certification is preferred.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year experience and a passion for mental health. Providers must be willing to travel to facilities. We welcome motivated, positive team players to join us.
