Job Description

We are a small, community-focused recovery center in California offering Detox, Residential, PHP, and IOP treatment options. Our culture emphasizes a collegial team of experienced clinicians dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term sobriety by healing the mind, body, and spirit.

The Therapist role involves assessing and monitoring clients, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy, crisis management, and coordinating discharge planning. Responsibilities include documenting client progress, engaging families, facilitating therapeutic activities, and ensuring compliance with policies. The position requires a Master’s level therapist (e.g., LPCA, LMFT, LPC) with experience in addiction education, effective communication skills, and current CPR/First Aid certifications.
