The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides integrated, high-quality mental health services in a community-focused health center setting.
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and chronic conditions using evidence-based interventions. Conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and coordinates care with community resources, ensuring seamless patient support. Delivers brief individual and family therapy, documents progress, and facilitates crisis services as needed. Supports clinic quality goals by participating in team initiatives, adhering to policies, and maintaining licensure and credentials. Works flexible hours, including potential evening shifts, and may serve at various clinic locations including schools and shelters. Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, current California license, bilingual in Spanish, and strong interpersonal, communication, and judgment skills.
