Job Description

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care located in Sedona, AZ, with occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities include managing new and follow-up patients across all ages and insurances, including post-procedures and chronic conditions. The role involves working independently in clinics and visiting assisted living facilities or nursing homes.

Requirements:

• AZ State and DEA licenses
• 1-5 years of primary care/internal medicine experience
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and EMR skills
• Ability to educate patients and promote preventative care
