Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees clinical nursing services in Behavioral Health Services, collaborating with leadership to develop programs that improve care quality and satisfaction.
Requires a BSN (preferred) and RN licensure in New Mexico, with BLS and relevant certifications.
Must demonstrate strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in team collaboration and problem-solving.
Minimum of 5 years in behavioral health clinical roles and 2 years in management is required.
Responsible to the Director, Med-Surg and BHS, working in a clean, ventilated environment with flexible hours and handling stressful situations.
