Behavioral Health Therapist – LCSW, LPC or LMFT, Outpatient

Job Description

Seeking full-time outpatient behavioral health therapists with a Master’s in Social Work or related field and active Pennsylvania licenses (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

Provide individual and family counseling to diverse patients, including children, teens, and adults.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical providers and school counselors.

Work at various sites in Mansfield, PA, with one extended-hour day per week, Monday–Friday.

Require strong clinical skills, knowledge of evidence-based treatments, and ability to assess quickly.

Prefer experience with holistic, interdisciplinary care and school-based support.
