Job Description

Seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, resources, and staff in a 24-hour healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care, monitoring financial performance, providing clinical supervision, managing staffing, and maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications: BSN required, master’s preferred; 3+ years clinical experience; management experience and Epic skills preferred; active RN license in California; BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required, with specialty certification preferred.

Work hours are evening shifts (8 hours), with a salary range of $86.18 – $129.27/hour.
