Speech Therapist ($5,000 Sign-On Bonus)

Job Description

This exempt position offers a starting salary of $80,089, commensurate with experience.

Position Summary: Responsible for managing daily operations of the Speech/Language Pathology Department and related community programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Address communication needs of patients with speech, language, cognitive, or hearing disorders.

Assess swallowing function for dysphagia patients.

Provide direct patient care, evaluations, documentation, and supervise rehabilitation staff.

Contribute to performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology.

American Speech-Language Certification and Oklahoma licensure.

Experience in neurorehabilitation, especially with traumatic brain injuries, preferred.

Knowledge of neurogenic communication disorders and related fields is advantageous.

Physical Requirements: Ability to read, write, stand, walk long distances, and lift at least 65 lbs.
