We are hiring a Registered Nurse for night shifts (6p-6a or 10p-6a) at a supportive, Great Place to Work®-certified facility in Shenandoah, IA.

Manage and supervise resident care, ensuring compliance with BON standards and the Residents’ Bill of Rights.

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized Plans of Care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Oversee nursing staff, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

Maintain safety, documentation, and HIPAA compliance, including medication administration and incident reporting.

Provide guidance on health promotion, disease prevention, and resident education.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper use of equipment, and facility policies.

Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, and preferably experience in skilled nursing or assisted living.
