Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Internal Medicine/Family Physician for a comprehensive outpatient primary and specialty care organization in Manhattan.

Locations include multiple offices on E 14th Street and Columbus Ave.

Schedule options feature flexible shifts, including 8, 10, or 12 hours, Monday to Sunday (rotations), with no hospital rounding or on-call duties.

Responsibilities involve providing primary care (annual exams, acute visits, employer forms) and initial specialty evaluations (Cardiology, Neurology, etc.) in an outpatient setting, supported by staff and EMR system.

Compensation is $135/hr (1099) with an estimated annual salary of $280,000–$290,000 including bonuses. Benefits include paid health insurance and flexible scheduling. Requirements include NYS medical license, DEA, and Medicaid; bilingual skills (Spanish/Russian) are preferred.
