Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner providing patient care in post-acute facilities within your community.
Manage and coordinate patient care, conduct rounds, write orders, and facilitate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Communicate effectively with staff and physicians, document visits, and ensure accurate record-keeping for billing and compliance. Receive comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight by a Medical Director to support your success. Must have a Nurse Practitioner license, DEA certification, and preferably one year of relevant experience.
