Job Description

Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role in a community health setting.

Work involves providing complex primary care, including acute, chronic, and social determinant-related needs, mainly at a clinic and via telehealth.

Must possess Virginia licensure, DEA, Medicare, and Medicaid numbers, with BLS/CPR and ACLS within 30 days.

Ideal candidates have autonomous practice eligibility and at least 1 year of medical provider experience.

Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Pay starts at $112,000/year.

Work is performed independently with oversight from the Medical Director, serving underserved populations and qualifying for loan repayment programs.
