Urgent Care/Family Practice – Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

This full-time Medical provider role involves evaluating and treating Urgent Care patients with minor illnesses, acute exacerbations, and post-surgical follow-up.

Perform minor procedures, wellness, work-related, and sports physicals.

Manage patient care efficiently, coordinate with staff, and ensure quality documentation and billing.

Interpret lab, radiology, EKG, and pulmonary tests.

Respond to disaster or multi-casualty incidents as needed.

Collaborate with internal and external medical personnel to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of independent experience in urgent or primary care, current Idaho licensure, certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS), and CPR. Strong diagnostic, communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role requires in-person work in Idaho Falls, ID, with relocation prior to start. Compensation starts at $100,000/year, with benefits including health insurance and employee discounts. Schedule includes 12-hour day shifts Monday to Friday.
