Seeking pediatric physicians for an innovative practice in Jacksonville, FL, dedicated to providing family- and community-focused care within a patient-centered medical home model.

Opportunities include:

• Outpatient provider for ambulatory care and newborn hospital calls.
• Hospitalist to manage admissions, inpatients, and share nursery calls.

Ideal candidates are committed to compassionate, quality pediatric care, with board certification in Pediatrics and a valid Florida medical license. Bilingual skills and developmental experience are preferred.

Offers competitive salary up to $300,000, incentives, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and shared after-hours/weekend call. Some clinics qualify for loan repayment programs of up to $50K/year.
