We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (R.N.) I – Full Time to provide compassionate patient care in Henrietta, NY.

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of patient interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
