We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant – Otolaryngology to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure proper sterilization of equipment
• Collect patient histories, vital signs, and perform basic clinical tasks
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up care

Skills Needed:

• Certified Medical Assistant credential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of otolaryngology procedures and terminology a plus
