Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality, patient-centered critical care to severely ill patients
Monitoring and managing complex medical conditions and ventilators
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Administering medications and treatments following protocols
Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times
