RN, Registered Nurse OR Circulator – Ortho & Spine Surgery Center

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Circulator for our Orthopedic & Spine Surgery Center in Leon Valley, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care for orthopedic and spine surgical patients.
• Act as the Circulator during surgeries, ensuring patient safety and proper procedure flow.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, assist the surgical team, and manage surgical instruments.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery, responding to any changes.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-operative care.

Skills Needed:

• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and spine surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Competence in sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
