Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN to join the ICU team in Lake Charles, LA. In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

  • Assess patient conditions and respond to evolving needs promptly
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training
