We are seeking a compassionate Assisted Living Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) in Redmond, WA to provide quality resident care and support a safe, comfortable environment.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing resident health needs and monitoring vital signs
Administering medications and treatments accurately
Collaborating with staff to develop personalized care plans
Providing health education and emotional support to residents and families
Documenting care and maintaining compliance with regulations
