Responsibilities include:
Providing specialized care to trauma and stepdown patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and updating care plans.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educating patients and families on post-discharge care and recovery.
