We are seeking a dedicated RN, Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Tele – 3rd Floor (Ortho) in Bishop, Texas.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care in a med/surg telemetry setting, specializing in orthopedic cases
• Monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort, documenting care accurately
