Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Step-Down Care Unit (SCU) on Night shifts in Naperville, Illinois.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality patient care to stabilize and monitor patients with complex medical needs.
• Assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Educating patients and families about care plans and health management.
