Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced MedSurg and Trauma setting, assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

• Monitor patient progress and ensure safety and comfort
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
