We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our Inpatient Behavioral Health unit in La Cienega, NM.

• Provide leadership and oversee daily clinical operations of the inpatient behavioral health unit.
• Supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with policies, and promote best practices.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts.
