Responsibilities include:
Monitoring and assessing patients’ cardiac and vital signs using telemetry equipment
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborating with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Documenting patient information accurately and timely
Responding promptly to patient needs and emergencies
