We are seeking a dedicated RN – L&D – FT (Nights) to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas.
Provide safe, compassionate care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, assess progress, and respond to emergencies promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on childbirth processes and postnatal care.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
