We are seeking a compassionate RN for Weekend Home Health in Eaton, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes during weekends.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on health management and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid RN license in Colorado.
